Book Review: Recipes for Love and Murder

Book by Sally Andrew

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I really enjoyed this story.

It has a leisurely, character-rich style to it reminiscent of the No.1 Ladies Detective Agency. The setting in a regional town is beautifully described, and the townspeople who inhabit the pages are a delight to read about.

My neighbour here in Australia, who is from South Africa, loaned me this book to read complete with a batch of the rusks baked in the book!

I wasn't a massive fan of the rusks, but the book is delicious.
